Michael H. Bill and Jon Loftin (pictured right and left, respectively) know that insurance companies are primarily made up of men like them. But they are also conscious that this presents a challenge to the industry.
“We go to industry events all over – speaker after speaker will get up on stage, and you notice how ‘male, pale, and stale’ this industry is,” said Loftin, president and COO of MJ Insurance, a property and casualty (P&C) and employee benefits agency in based in Indianapolis.
